Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Access to financial instruments and open, regulated markets has helped the US and its citizens to thrive. Money will flow into these products in huge quantities regardless of their approval by the SEC. The only question is will they be under the purview if the SEC and will US citizens be disadvantaged and late in their ability to participate. Sincerely, Dane Carlson
