Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As investors, we need your assistance in securing our future financially. As the US Dollar continues to depreciate in value, I am interested in hedging against the depreciating Dollar. However, we are limited to precious metals which is 1) difficult to purchase 2) difficult to store and 3) difficult to sell when time comes. Bitcoin solves all of this. Being able to invest into a spot Bitcoin ETF as an investment, makes it even easier for us investors. I would like to allocate a percentage of my Retirement accounts to Bitcoin in my investments.
