Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Country after country is adopting a spot ETF setting the U.S.A. behind others. We all know history. The best times were in second half of 1800’s as the majority of advanced nations went on gold standard. Wealth and standard of living went up dramatically. Now is the time for the bitcoin standard!! All major swings in price will go down markedly at higher prices and further adoption. The longer we wait the worse off America will be. Only if your for Klaus Schwab and the WEF would you not want to legalize bitcoin. Look at El Salvador. GDP there up 10.3%!! First ever double digits. Tourism you 300% and people and their wealth are flocking there. I got my trip planned. Wake up and do the right thing. Legalize a spot ETF now Sincerely, James Wheeler
