I believe that American investors deserve the choice of investing in BTC without having to learn the complexities of using a digital exchange such as Coinbase. Adopting a Spot ETF will allow this to happen and will allow millions of Americans access to this store of value from IRA and 401(k)'s that would otherwise be impossible (I am discounting the futures based ETF as it so poorly tracks the asset it should not be considered an option). Give the futures based ETF was previously approved in the US, and spot EFT's are available in numerous countries including Canada, I strongly encourage you to approve GBTC's application and allow US investors access to pure Bitcoin.
