Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Specifically residing in MN I have traded future contracts, commodities and general stock. Grayscale is yet just another avenue to invest. Facebook losing its value in a blink of an eye as well as others presents the story that you need to do your homework and assume the risk.
