Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a Kentucky resident, I wish to express my request that your office considers GBTC & other Bitcoin ETF funds to trade at the spot price. Many of us have been accumulating BTC whether in wallet form or via GBTC. We have considered the risk of the market for the investment, however, we currently have additional risk for GBTC as it trades with a premium or discount to actual value.
