Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an average person and conservative investor with my 401(k) in mutual funds and an IRA and Roth IRA which are invested in a diversified portfolio of ETFs. I believe that Bitcoin and Ethereum have a role to play in having a healthy, well balanced portfolio of investments, and I would best be served if GBTC and ETHE were converted to ETFs.
