Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of Texas, I’m strongly in favor of GBTC being converted to a spot ETF. I think this instrument offers significant opportunity and a spot ETF is much more understandable, efficient and capable of growth vs the currently approved BTC futures ETF.
