Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin has already established itself as a store of value for investors both retail and institutional, and block chain technology is here to stay. It is a very important that the United States take a leadership role in establishing a regulatory framework for digital assets starting with BTC. It is strongly believed that BTC can and will easily co-exist alongside a future US stable coin.
