Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe this spot bitcoin ETF is needed for investors or all types to be able to trade freely and equitably. It's important that the settlement is in physical btc for investors.
