Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin ETF will help protect small investor as it will have more scrutiny than GBTC trust It will reduce volatility by trading at NAV Other countries (ex. Canada) are already offering Bitcoin ETF.
