Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Its critical to allow investors an avenue to gain access to Bitcoin in the US via a US fund with reduced fee's. Investors should have this freedom. Sincerely, Jason Pancis
