Dear SEC, I’m writing as a citizen of Texas to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is beyond confounding that we have a futures ETF but not a spot ETF. The SEC explanations are lacking. Regards, Jon West
