Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a retired institutional municipal sales/trader and had finra licenses 7,8,52 and 63. Making gbtc into an eft would be beneficial to all current holders while harming no one . You can readily buy crypto on PayPal, Coinbase, Venmo, etc… with no regulatory oversight while an etf would be bought through brokerages and offer compliance reviews.
