Dear SEC, I'm writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the worlds largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of Ohio, and the USA, I have repeatedly missed out on opportunities in crypto due to the lack of Bitcoin etf investment options on wall street. We have access to futures but not a spot Bitcoin etf. The futures ETF are inferior investments. Blocking the formation of a spot ETF is, obviously, not protecting anyone. Sincerely, Jeff Luehrs
