Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in California with my wife and have been an investor and researcher of bitcoin since 2018. Bitcoin is simply the most significant new technology since the internet. To deny innovation and continually reject spot bitcoin ETF applications, you are not "protecting" the consumer. You are hurting innovation in the US and hurting millennial investors like myself who are tech savvy and truly understand what bitcoin is. I implore you. Please convert GBTC into a spot bitcoin ETF. Dozens of other countries have already approved spot ETFs and are ahead of the curve and we (The US) are clearly falling behind. Thank you for you time and hope you do the right thing.
