Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Given the approval of the Proshares Bitcoin Strategy ETF (BITO) and the growing institutional investment happening in Bitcoin, the SEC's continued hesitancy to granting a spot ETF for Bitcoin makes no sense.
