Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Many investors, including myself, hedge funds, family offices and pension funds are anxiously awaiting a Spot Bitcoin ETF as an on-ramp for future investment funds. This is an urgent matter and we graciously request you grant this approval. It’s the next logical step after the successful launch of multiple Futures ETF. I’m located in California and I urge you to take this matter into great consideration. Greater adoption can be had with Spot ETFs like we saw with gold. Regards, Ryan
