Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe the SEC has created an uneven playing field for investors in GBTC, as it allows a like product futures based ETF and not the spot product, both of which are priced similarly. If the SEC allows the futures based then it should allow a spot based ETF. Please consider GBTC conversion into a spot ETF and I thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Edward Maeda
