Hi, I am in favor of converting and allowing grayscale to become a btc ETF. The SEC's responsibility is to protect investors and grayscale has gone from a 14% premium from my first purchase to almost -30% discount relative to NAV. While I am well aware of the volatility of btc, this was the only reasonable vehicle to invest my retirement funds in that had BTC exposure, and now my returns are getting crushed due to the inability of the fund to hold true to NAV. An ETF would protect myself and other investors from this sort of risk. While BTC is inherently risky, it has become all the more risky to investors due to the added risk of degrading premium/discount. I urge the SEC to allow the conversion to an ETF immediately.
