It is very important that GBTC be approved to convert to an ETF. Many countries have equivalent funds and it is important for the United States to have offerings to keep capital in the USA. In addition, an ETF will be much more transparent and a true reflection of value since it will be able to eliminate the discounts and premiums in its present form. I applaud your motivation to be thorough but also encourage you to expedite the conversion. Thank you Chuck KinCannon
