Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The digital asset space is a part of the investment world now and having a spot ETF vehicle is important for the same reasons we have them for all types of other assets. please consider.
