Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I want access to Bitcoin, because there isn't a spot ETF I bought GBTC. For the time I have owned GBTC, Bitcoin is up 6% while GBTC is down 22%. I need the SEC's help to protect me as an investor. PLEASE APPROVE THIS. You have approved cannabis ETFs but you haven't approved a spot Bitcoin ETF? It is time. Sincerely, Scott Sargent Littleton, CO
