Hello SEC, I'm writing to express my support for approving the Grayscale conversion of GBTC to an ETF which will more realistically track the spot price of Bitcoin. There are very few legitimate ways to hold a BTC proxy in an IRA and this is important to the safety and security of my assets. I trust Grayscale and the process you might outline for the conversion. Many other countries have approved ETF's along these lines and I fear the US market will lag behind if they don't keep up with creating investment opportunities that are similar in our own country. I hope you reconsider and allow this to happen soon so I don't get left behind. It's very important that we keep pace and create a level playing field for this type of investment.
