Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Michigan ! I think what you guys have done to deny retail investors a spot etf which would allow 401k and other little guys retirement plans to grow with the times! as well as hodl one of the most under valued assets in the world is sickening �� and in direct contradiction to your job. your claims of protecting the retail investor is nothing but pulling the wool over the sheeps eyes we as the general retail investor want a spot etf let the big hedge funds and sovergn wealth funds pump our bags �� We have weighed our risks it’s our decision to make not yours Sincerely, Brandon berry Ceo/owner of BerryGoodMining
