Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. My name is Bryan and I live in Palmetto, Florida. I am a physician and family man. I have used this fund to gain bitcoin exposure for myself and my family. The absence of a spot bitcoin fund is hurting US investors, my family included. GBTC has led the way in this space in terms of transparency and security. Regulatory uncertainty is harming all of us.
