I think it is important for US financial markets and US investors that the GBTC conversion to an ETF is approved. Currently, we are falling behind other capital markets where spot cryptocurrency products are already listed. US consumers who invest in GBTC in their retirement or taxable accounts are losing money because the product is a trust not an ETF. Do the right thing and approve the ETF conversion for the benefit of consumers and US financial markets.
