Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m from Atlanta Georgia. I believe a Spot ETF would only help investors. As someone who has older parents, I know for a fact that they would have trouble maintaining and holding on to their Bitcoin if they were to buy it through an exchange. With a spot ETF this smooths over the problem of having to own your own Bitcoin. Please consider this, there are countless numbers of people that would be thrilled to be able to have such an option.
