Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Spot ETFs are already trading internationally. Real data already available to show manipulation is not happening. The real world data shows the structure more efficient removing gross premiums & discounts. The trust structure has proven to be flawed. You have the opportunity to help them fix it.
