Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an investor in the fund myself and I am also an RIA and have some of my clients invested in this fund. Converting the fund to an ETF would improve liquidity as well as allowing the price to trade much closer to NAV which is a benefit to the investors. If this fund cannot be converted to an ETF I would appreciate an email response back from you listing the reasons you would not approve it. Thank you, Matt Rillos
