Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The American public at this point needs a spot btc etf, the futures product that you approved was not done with the publics best interest in mind... fairly typical these days. I reside in California.
