Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I support the approval of the Grayscale Bitcoin ETF for the following reasons: It allows everyone to be able to easily purchase bitcoin which should narrow the economic divide that plagues our society. It will lower fees associated with the current GBTC vehicle which to my first point, is not available to non-accredited investors. The US regulators need to get behind crypto assets or this innovative industry is going to move out. Bitcoin ETFs are available in other countries. Sincerely, Thomas Turney
