Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The primary mission of the SEC is to protect investors and maintain the integrity of the markets. It’s time for a BTC ETF and for the SEC to protect consumers. The world’s largest BTC fund should be converted into an ETF and it will let people invest in it safely. It will also stop people from buying BTC on unreliable exchanges and companies that aren’t safe. So many countries have an ETF and GBTC is set up for it perfectly. Sincerely, Jay
