Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe it is in the interest of the common man investor to have access to truly backed BTC ETF's, rather than futures backed products that serve institutions, and open up arbitrage opportunities for the vultures (hedge funds) to make even more advantaged gains.
