Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. You don't have to be an expert in securities law to see that politics has completely infected the mission of the SEC. The stated reasons for not including a spot BTC ETF make no sense given the landscape of investment products currently approved to trade in the US, and not allowing the Grayscale fund to convert to an ETF is clearly harming investors of the fund. Frankly disgusted with the messaging out of the SEC this past year and will be talking to my representatives about it. Please change course. Sincerely, Will Mihill
