Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Sugar Land Texas, and I am a 63 years old. I want to invest in a bitcoin spot ETF so I can have exposure to Bitcoin in my IRA and Roth. Please let us older Americans get exposure to bitcoin. Many of us have no interest, time, or even ability to learn about hot/cold wallets, dealing with coinbase etc. A spot ETF would help a lot.
