Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of California and I believe that a small investment in cryptocurrency is an important part of a diversified investment portfolio. Once the GBTC fund is converted to an ETF the existing discount reflected in the share price of GBTC should vanish and thereby allow retirement account savers like me to more directly invest in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
