Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Though I understand your desire to protect investors, the act of not allowing a spot ETF in the US is actually harming investors like myself. The rest of the world has already allowed bitcoin ETFs, it is past time for the SEC to follow suit. Sincerely, Tony Huston
