The current Grayscale Bitcoin ETF is one of the only ways that U.S. retail investors can purchase Bitcoin in a traditional brokerage account. The futures ETF is an inferior product. However, retail investors are being punished due to the steep discount to NAV that the Trust is trading at. By converting to an ETF, the SEC will help restore GBTC to NAV which will significantly benefit retail investors. It's time for the SEC to do the right thing. Sincerely, Alex Upperman
