Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC and Greyscale have been trading and in operation for many years, proven themselves reliable and trustworthy and should be able to compete on a global stage with companies outside the US that have Bitcoin ETFs.
