Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), and Gray Scale Etherium Trust (ETHE) currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an investor, this needs to be available as an ETF so that the VIG is not removed daily from the GBTC Share price. The same holds for ETHE. Sincerely, Tim Caudill
