To whom it may concern, I have been a shareholder of GBTC for many years and ask that you allow it to be converted to a Spot ETF. There is already a futures ETF and it seems common sense to allow a Spot ETF which track the actual value of BTC. Otherwise it seems that removing the Futures ETF would be the logical thing to do as it allows manipulation of price which is not in the charter of the SEC. Protect the investors and do the right thing on this. Thank you. Tim McDevitt
