Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A spot Bitcoin ETF is the way to protect investors from being taken advantage of. It would allow investors to sell and buy at fair market values. Investors would have the cheapest and fairest access to a a critical asset in any modern portfolio. America should be on the forefront of this unique, proven, and scarce digital asset.
