Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It seems pretty simple to me. You can either continue your messaging that your interest is to protect induvidual investors and make regulation more fair and equitable or you can deny GBTC's bid to become a spot ETF treated like similar assets, thereby bringing down the management fees that retail investors like myself are incurring.
