Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Digital assets are going to play an important role as an asset class, Bitcoin is a better digital version of gold where the supply is limited. I would like to invest a small percent in my retirement accounts and right now there is no way to do this. Please approve this spot etf. Sincerely, Sundeep Bollineni
