Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I ask what is the harm in doing this? I only see potential upside in the form of a more trusted vehicle for this asset. I have an investment in GBTC today and would love for it to be a spot ETF.
