Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in Massachusetts. I believe that Gary Gensler is right in saying that Bitcoin is an asset class similar to Gold and Silver. It does need to be regulated -- just like the CFTC regulates Gold. However, Bitcoin is a major asset class and the people are investing in it broadly. Please make this an ETF so the people can find a cheaper, more liquid alternative to expressing exposure to the asset class Bitcoin. Sincerely, David A. Foley
