Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Houston, Texas. I am a 30-year-old engineer who has worked for ExxonMobil, BP, Shell, GATE, and Tesla. I am capable of free and independent thought and do not need protection from the SEC. What I need protection from is the financial collapse of the USD as the global reserve currency and the 30 trillion-dollar credit bubble that the US government has created. Bitcoin is the most peaceful transition from today’s financial system to a sustainable and equal financial system that the world desperately needs. Please approve a BTC spot ETF to allow the average citizen with a 401k, institutions, and professional money managers access the future of money. Sincerely, Alex Timberlake
