Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The SEC should stop dragging its feet in the name of consumer protection. While you are delaying your decision people are collectively losing countless millions every day since the Trust with its discounted NAV is underperforming what an ETF would do. The SEC seems out of touch to this being a real effect on people every day there is a delay. Sincerely, Mono Schwarz
