Dear Sir/Madam GBTC should be converted to an ETF for the simple reason that it will allow investors to accurately and safely benefit from price appreciation of the Bitcoin asset over time The current fund is inefficient, provokes manipulation in the Bitcoin price and is negative for the evolving digital asset market which is a massive opportunity for the US economy. Please do consider approving this conversion. Best regards Matt
